At Rural Mutual Insurance, you will join a team providing Auto, Home, Life, Farm, and Commercial insurance exclusively for Wisconsin farms, businesses, and families. With the support of a base salary, plus the opportunity for commission and bonuses, you will receive training and backing of a district manager as you onboard. $42,000 - $48,000 Base Salary; PLUS Commissions and Bonuses and a $2,000 signing bonus
Responsibilities
• Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance policies or adjust existing ones
• Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc.
• Evaluate and analyze the needs of business or individual customers and sell the suitable protection plans across multiple lines of business
• Conduct needs-based customer policy reviews
• Stay abreast of insurance industry and company protocols and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of all policy requirements, all while providing superior customer service
• Keep sales databases, customer records, and related organizational tools current to accurately report progress of marketing and sales efforts
• Capitalize on client cross sale and retention opportunities
Qualifications
• Experience in delivering customer-centered solutions and creating long-lasting relationships
• Excellent skills in communication: listening and presenting
• Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving financial success
• Skilled at networking and committed to the community in which you work
