Infinite Ties Wellness is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time capacity. This remote role primarily supports our Detox Center, where your expertise will make a tangible difference in the lives of individuals and families facing the challenges of addiction and mental health issues. You will be entrusted with providing therapeutic support and resources, empowering clients on their journey towards recovery and well-being.

This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while engaging with clients through virtual platforms. The full-time hours generally align with standard business hours, with occasional evening and weekend commitments for special events and programs that enhance our service offerings.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs through one-on-one consultations or group settings.
• Deliver evidence-based individual and group counseling to clients, utilizing practices rooted in trauma-informed care.
• Develop personalized service plans that outline clear goals and objectives relevant to clients' needs.
• Act as an advocate for clients, ensuring they have access to necessary resources, services, and support while addressing social justice concerns that affect them.
• Participate in the creation, assessment, and improvement of organizational programs, including data collection for grant reporting.
• Engage with community organizations, government agencies, and volunteer networks to expand resources and service options available to clients.
• Contribute to educational initiatives that inform the community about critical social issues, thereby promoting awareness and advocacy.

Your work will primarily target individuals and families impacted by addiction and mental health concerns, particularly those seeking detox services. Clients served may include diverse populations, each presenting unique challenges and needs. Your role will be crucial in integrating support systems that not only address immediate concerns but also foster long-term resilience and transformation through your specialized expertise.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong understanding of social justice issues, trauma-informed care principles, and relevant community resources.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, alongside strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.

• Previous experience in a nonprofit organization or similar setting.
• Demonstrated ability in advocacy and community engagement.
• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, selected candidates will be eligible for a sign-on bonus as part of our commitment to attracting top talent. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
