Job Summary:
Infineon Technologies is a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT. As a Senior Manager Account Management on their Corporate team, you will build frameworks and relationships to drive business success, particularly focusing on customer engagement and collaboration with internal teams.
Responsibilities:
• Understand customer systems and technical requirements to propose Infineon system solutions and value proposition to meet customer needs
• Take ownership of the Infineon customer interface, and develop key relationships with diverse customer stakeholders
• Drive Infineon business at the customer by collaborating closely with various teams across Infineon to ensure shared success
• Perform business management, progress tracking, and reporting in the CRM system
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience in technical sales support and customer-facing roles
• Significant experience in Sales or Corporate Account Management (typically 12+ years, or 8+ years with a Master's degree), or equivalent relevant accomplishments
• Experience managing large global technology accounts, such as Apple, is strongly preferred
