Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
  • Validation: Perform post-silicon validation on bench for automotive Ethernet application products, including PHY and switch devices
  • Compliance: Implement and execute standard electrical compliance testing
  • Characterization: Conduct analog characterization based on application requirements
  • Testing: Perform PVT (Process, Voltage, Temperature) validation on devices under test (DUT)
  • Analysis: Analyze test data and generate clear summaries of results
  • Debugging: Support analog designers in issue debugging and root cause analysis
  • Automation: Utilize Python to automate test equipment and DUT processes to improve efficiency

Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with 0-5 years of experience in post-silicon validation
  • Programming: Familiarity with Python or other programming languages, with the ability to quickly learn and apply Python
  • Protocols: Exposure to Ethernet, SerDes, or PCIe is a plus
  • Debugging: Strong hands-on experience with issue debugging and root cause analysis
  • Details: Detail-oriented with a proactive, self-driven mindset and strong problem-solving skills
  • Communication: Ability to accurately and clearly report results and issues in a timely manner
  • Instrumentation: Experience using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, VNA, spectrum analyzers, power supplies, and DMMs
  • Documentation: Ability to read and interpret datasheets, PCB schematics, and technical specifications

Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate:
Minimum $92,000.00
Maximum of $118,000
(Depending on major and highest level of education completed)
In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
