The St-Lambert residence is seeking a Maintenance Manager for a permanent, full-time day shift position (40 hours/week, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm). Salary will be based on experience, with an hourly rate of $25 to $28. The successful candidate will be responsible for a team of housekeeping and concierge staff. They must also have knowledge of maintenance work and be able to negotiate with suppliers for local agreements.
