Professional activities consist of: Consultation for staff; Project management; The development of clinical tools, training programs, updating of staff and trainees, teaching and research; Improving the professional skills of nurses in infection prevention and control and risk management. The person participates in the evaluation of the quality of care. She participates in the nursing staff hiring process, follows up on the orientation and evaluation of nursing staff. In addition, his expertise gives him the responsibility of assuming leadership in the promotion, implementation and application of the risk management program in the establishment. It innovates in terms of safety by contributing to the application of the required organizational practices and the monitoring of the related indicators.
