Clement Manor is seeking a Nursing Manager to join our compassionate team. This vital role provides the opportunity to guide patient care and staff performance while fostering a culture of excellence for the older adult community we serve.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee patient care and staff performance within your assigned unit.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination of care.
- Promote Clement Manor's mission and commitment to quality health care for older adults.
- Maintain Wound Care and Infection Control Programs
What We're Looking For:
Required:
- Active RN license in the State of Wisconsin.
- Completion of an accredited nursing program with knowledge of the nursing process, management, and clinical expertise.
- Current CPR certification.
Highly Desirable: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Preferred Experience: 2-3 years of progressive nursing experience that includes leadership, organizational skills, and broad clinical expertise.
