You will oversee all aspects of the USA business-from manufacturing through to supply chain, service, sales, and distribution- ensuring efficient, compliant, and high-quality delivery across all functions.

Key responsibilities:

Fiscal responsibility for Antelco Groupโ€™s USA businesses including sales performance, expense control and profitability
With the advice and consultation from the Group GM in Australia, administer the policies of the USA Business units
In collaboration with the Sales & Marketing Manager, cultivate high-value relationships with distributors, partners, and key accounts, and mentor the sales team to secure and scale new business partnerships
Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to refine strategy
Lead, mentor and develop a high performing team

About you

Youโ€™re an astute, energetic, results-oriented professional who knows how to balance big-picture thinking with day-to-day execution. In addition, you can demonstrate:

Proven leadership of a manufacturing or industrial business, ideally from within the water, irrigation or agriculture sectors

Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and market expansion

Experience working with distributors and managing key customer relationships

A collaborative approach with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

The ability to undertake regular, national travel

Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

This role will be based in Denver, Colorado - a relocation assistance package can be negotiated for a person looking to relocate to the Denver area.
