Job description

Our team is responsible for work measurement, cost analysis, capacity requirements planning (reporting and analysis), capital project management and budget planning, discrete event simulation, staffing forecasts, etc.
As an Industrial Engineer, you will support cross-functional improvement efforts for ADP programs, working closely with various teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes. You will also perform data analysis, observations, and time studies to support cost driver analysis and process improvement.
Your responsibilities will include:
-First Article Master Scheduling Committee (FAMSCO) facilitation
- Work directly with and in support of the production operations team
-Performing observations and time studies to support cost driver analysis and process improvement
-Using visualization and data analytic tools to analyze production processes
-Applying Lean and Six-Sigma practices to production and leading major improvement efforts
-Assisting in new product development and proposal efforts with data analysis
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
