We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to focus on production data analysis and optimization within our growing manufacturing organization. In this role, you will be responsible for configuration of the systems and dashboards that help collect, analyze, and interpret production data to improve the visibility of production line performance, identify trends, and pursue opportunities for process improvements. You will play a key role in enhancing operational performance and supporting decision-making by delivering actionable insights that drive continuous improvement in our robotics production and deployment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform root cause analysis on production bottlenecks and quality issues, providing actionable solutions.
  • Ensure the collection of accurate and reliable data across all stages of production.
  • Analyze production data to identify trends, variances, and areas of improvement across manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate with engineering, field operations, and manufacturing teams to apply data-driven insights and optimize workflows.
  • Develop concepts to grow production capacity and improve material flow at the workcell, production line, and full factory levels (including warehouse).

Requirements
  • Strong experience in industrial engineering, production data analysis, or process improvement roles.
  • Expertise in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) and statistical analysis methods.
  • Proven ability to assimilate multiple datasets and generate meaningful insights for process optimization.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in production data analysis, industrial engineering, or a similar role.
  • Occasional travel to manufacturing or deployment sites as required.
  • Ability to work in both office and production environments.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and analytical with a passion for optimizing production systems through data.

Experience and Skills Preferred:
  • Experience in the robotics, automation, or technology industries.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems (MES) enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems Quality Management Systems (QMS), or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain data flow.
  • Familiarity with Python or other programming languages for data automation and analysis is a plus.
