About the Role
The Electrical Superintendent will lead field operations for large electrical construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and at the highest quality standards.
This role is ideal for experienced field leaders who thrive in fast-paced, high-profile construction environments and are passionate about developing teams, driving productivity, and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct all field personnel assigned to electrical construction projects
  • Manage day-to-day field operations
  • Coordinate manpower, production schedules, materials, tooling, and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with NEC requirements, project specifications, and company standards
  • Drive project safety performance and enforce company safety policies
  • Conduct field planning, scheduling, reporting, and daily coordination meetings
  • Support project productivity, quality control, and budget goals
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors, vendors, and customers
  • Mentor foremen, electricians, and field leadership teams
  • Support fabrication and prefabrication opportunities to improve efficiency
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and field communication

Preferred Experience & Qualifications
  • 6+ years of electrical construction experience
  • Prior Superintendent or Foreman leadership experience preferred
  • Strong experience in:
    • Commercial Electrical Construction
    • Industrial Electrical Construction
    • Distribution Centers
  • Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
  • OSHA 30 Certification preferred
  • CPR and First Aid training preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage fast-paced, complex construction projects
  • Experience coordinating large field teams and multiple trades
  • Proficient with construction technology, documentation, and reporting systems
