Job description

Metrics Recruitment is partnering with a fast-scaling mobile casino operator running social casino, sweepstakes, and crypto casino products. After launching under 1 year ago they are already a top 10 download in their category and are looking to build dedicated UA ownership market by market.

We are hiring a Senior User Acquisition Manager to own US paid media end to end. This is a hands-on individual contributor seat, where you will personally run and optimize campaigns across the full network stack daily. An in-house creative team supports asset production. Network execution, budget, and channel mix sit with you.

Responsibilities

  • Own US paid media KPIs, budget, and channel mix end to end.
  • Run and optimize campaigns hands-on across Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok as the core of the mix.
  • Run the app-install stack directly: Apple Search Ads, AdMob, AppLovin, Unity Ads.
  • Buy across incent and rewarded networks including adjoe, Tapjoy, Mistplay, and JustDice.
  • Manage DSP and retargeting spend, adding, cutting, and shifting budget as the market scales.
  • Brief, critique, and iterate on creative with the in-house team based on in-market performance data.
  • Own CPA and revenue-share economics alongside ROAS, including affiliate-style channel reporting.
  • Report performance directly to marketing leadership with a short line to the founders.

Requirements

  • Personal, hands-on buying experience across paid social, app install, and incent or rewarded networks.
  • Track record owning UA budget and KPIs across a broad multi-network mix.
  • Mobile app UA on the advertiser side.
  • Mass-volume acquisition under thin margins: rewards and GPT, mobile gaming, social casino, sweeps, fintech, or high-volume consumer apps.
  • Strong MMP fluency.
  • Individual-contributor mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Affiliate and CPA depth.
  • Experience in a restricted or regulated vertical where compliance shapes the channel mix: gambling, crypto, sweeps, or survey and play-to-earn.
  • Sweeps casino, social casino, or rewards platform background.

Location: Remote, US

Compensation: Top percent market rate plus profit share
