• Conduct ethical and compassionate mental health counseling sessions via secure video platforms, ensuring a safe space for clients to express their concerns.
• Utilize solution-focused therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively tailor treatment to individual needs.
• Develop customized treatment plans through thorough assessment, goal setting, and consistent progress monitoring, adapting approaches as required to meet clients’ evolving needs.
• Offer clients insightful reflections on their experiences, emotions, and relationships to foster deeper understanding and personal growth.
• Assist clients in identifying and implementing healthy coping mechanisms, measuring their effectiveness and adjusting plans as necessary.

You will primarily support a diverse clientele of stable, low-acuity adults, each presenting with varying degrees of mental health challenges. By focusing on individuals who are ready and eager to engage in therapy, you will foster an environment that promotes recovery and skill-building, enhancing their overall well-being and quality of life.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Must hold one of the following unrestricted licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No limited/provisional licenses or disciplinary actions in your professional history.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and compassion in all client interactions.
• High proficiency in technology, enabling seamless navigation of telehealth platforms and electronic record-keeping.

• Experience working with adult populations in an outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with teletherapy practices and the ability to engage clients through digital communication effectively.
• Knowledge of various therapeutic techniques and when to apply them based on individual client needs.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually, with the potential for additional performance-based incentives.
