• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices to develop custom treatment plans, prioritizing the unique needs of each client to guide them toward improved mental health.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring clients receive effective and empathetic care tailored to their specific situations.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, thereby ensuring that the integrity and professionalism of our practice are upheld.
• Engage in collaborative work with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists and psychologists, effectively sharing insights and strategies to facilitate holistic treatment outcomes.
• Participate actively in peer review meetings and case consultations, fostering a culture of continuous learning and quality enhancement in the therapeutic approaches employed.
• Provide educational support to clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them with knowledge to navigate their challenges.
• Stay current with the latest research and advancements in the mental health field, integrating new insights into practice to provide clients with the most effective and evidence-based care.

You will work with a diverse clientele ranging from adolescents to adults facing varying degrees of mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and stress-related issues. • Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution that highlights your dedication to the mental health profession.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Georgia, underscoring your professional credentials.
