We are seeking an experienced and passionate General Manager – Colletta & Resort Restaurant Operations to lead Colletta, the award-winning Italian restaurant located inside The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa.

As General Manager, you will lead one of the Vail Valley's premier dining destinations while serving as a key member of the resort's Food & Beverage leadership team. Working alongside the Director of Food & Beverage, Executive Chef, and hotel leadership, you'll help shape exceptional dining experiences for thousands of guests each year while contributing to the overall success of one of Colorado's premier luxury mountain resorts.

  • Own the restaurant's financial success by managing budgets, forecasting, labor, inventory, cost controls, and key business performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with resort departments to support events, marketing initiatives, and seamless operations across the property.
