The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, coordinating multiple project teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring successful delivery of business objectives within scope, budget, and timelines.**Key Responsibilities** Lead end-to-end program management for multiple projects and strategic initiatives. Define program scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and success criteria. Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, engineering teams, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables. Monitor program performance, track milestones, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans. Drive governance, status reporting, and executive communication. Manage dependencies across projects and ensure seamless coordination among teams. Facilitate planning sessions, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder reviews. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Develop and maintain program documentation, dashboards, and metrics. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration. Strong experience managing large-scale programs involving multiple workstreams. Expertise in project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Experience in budget management, resource planning, and forecasting. Strong understanding of project governance and risk management frameworks. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $86129 to $127189 Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
