Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master with 6+ years of overall experience to lead Agile teams and drive successful delivery of highquality products. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader who coaches teams, removes impediments, and ensures Agile best practices are followed across the organization.
**Mandatory to have working experience on Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform. 
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
Coach multiple Scrum teams on Agile/Scrum values, principles, and practices
Remove impediments and help teams maintain focus on sprint goals
Work closely with Product Owners to manage backlogs and ensure welldefined user stories
Promote continuous improvement and high team performance
Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, and sprint progress
Engage with stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment and transparency
Support scaling of Agile practices across programs or portfolios
Required Skills & Qualifications:
10+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years as a Scrum Master
Strong handson experience with Scrum and Agile frameworks
Experience working with crossfunctional teams (engineering, QA, product, UX)
Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflictresolution skills
Proven ability to coach teams and foster a collaborative culture
Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar
Preferred Qualifications:
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master)
Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $61087 to $104364 

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
