Job description

Right at Home is seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers to join our growing team serving clients on the North Side of Indianapolis. This position focuses on evening shift, helping seniors and adults with disabilities remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.
Experience is preferred but not required we offer training to the right candidates! Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) are encouraged to apply.
What Were Looking For:

  • Availability for evening (3 PM 11 PM)
  • Previous caregiving experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation to travel to clients on the North Side of Indianapolis and nearby areas

  • Professional and dependable work ethic
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Ability to follow care plans and prioritize client safety
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, mobility assistance)
  • Provide overnight monitoring and companionship
  • Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
  • Report any changes in client condition to supervisors
  • Ensure client safety and comfort at all times
