Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a refined dessert menu that reimagines Indian classics through modern techniques, seasonal ingredients, and elegant presentation.
  • Lead all pastry operations, including recipe development, production, plating, and quality control.
  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to ensure dessert offerings complement the restaurant’s culinary vision and tasting menus.
