Job description

Job Title: Product Verification & Validation Engineer
Client: Heavy Machine Manufacturing Company
Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension/Conversion)
Location: Horicon, WI 53032
Shift: 1st Shift (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM)

Job Summary
• Manage product verification & validation (PV&V) programs for Riding Lawn Equipment
• Coordinate testing activities across design, lab, field, and validation teams
• Focus on test planning, reliability analysis, project coordination, and technical reporting (not hands-on testing)
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute PV&V plans and test strategies
• Coordinate lab, field, virtual, and validation testing activities
• Track project progress, risks, and deliverables
• Work closely with design, VDV, lab, and test engineers
• Analyze test data and support engineering decisions
• Support product reliability and performance evaluations
• Create technical documentation and reports
• Participate in design reviews and engineering discussions
• Manage project schedules and cross-functional communication
• Support continuous improvement and corrective action processes
Required Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Agricultural Engineering, or related field
• Product development, testing, or validation experience
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Technical problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to interpret and present technical data
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-directed and able to manage multiple priorities
Preferred Skills
• Product Verification & Validation (PV&V) experience
• Reliability engineering experience
• Data analysis experience
• Knowledge of Riding Lawn Equipment or similar machinery
• Experience with corrective action tools (PDCA, 8D, 5 Why)
• Engineering test planning and coordination experience
Work Environment
• Engineering and product development environment
• Cross-functional collaboration with design, lab, and manufacturing teams
• Program management and technical coordination focus
• Suitable for recent graduates with relevant engineering background
Education / Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Agricultural Engineering preferred

• Experience with data analysis and reliability testing is a plus
