Growing logistics and final-mile company seeking independent sales representatives to help expand relationships across warehousing, fulfillment, transportation, and delivery services in the 3PL space.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing new business opportunities, and working independently with a supportive operations team behind them.
We are looking for motivated, entrepreneurial-minded sales professionals who want flexibility and strong upside potential.
No sales leads are provided, so expected to harvest new relationships.

Compensation
Flexible compensation structures available based on experience and relationships:
- Annual stipend or retainer opportunities
- Commission-based compensation

- Enterprise account bonuses
Example structures may include:
- 1%โ5% commission on revenue, to be determined
- Residual earnings while accounts remain active
- Additional incentives for self-sourced business
Preferred Background
- Experience in 3PL, freight, transportation, warehousing, or final mile logistics
- Existing relationships are a plus
- Comfortable working independently
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
