What You'll Do... As a Sales Inspector, you'll spend your days out in the field meeting new people, inspecting properties, and helping customers protect their homes. You'll identify pest issues and conditions that may lead to future problems, clearly explain your findings, and offer customized service plans that meet each customer's needs. This role combines technical knowledge with strong people skills and is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and working independently to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Who You Are...What does it take to be a successful Sales Inspector at Turner Pest Control? For starters, you'll be energetic, personable, and goal-driven with excellent communication skills. You'll also have:

  • Previous sales experience (required)
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
  • High school diploma or GED (required)
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Industry licensure in accordance with state regulations (preferred)
  • Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
  • The ability to travel locally and work flexible hours, including some weekends
  • Physical ability for extended driving and walking during inspections
