About the Opportunity

Concorde Education partners with schools and community organizations to provide engaging enrichment programs for elementary, middle, and high school students.

We are seeking enthusiastic instructors from a variety of educational, creative, technical, athletic, and professional backgrounds to lead hands-on, engaging programs in their areas of expertise.

Instructional opportunities may include:

What You'll Do

Depending on the assignment, instructors may:

  • Deliver engaging, age-appropriate instruction.
  • Prepare for sessions using provided curriculum, approved lesson plans, or appropriate instructor-developed activities.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed learning environment.
  • Encourage student participation and adapt instruction to different ages and experience levels.
  • Maintain appropriate student supervision and follow school safety and site procedures.
  • Communicate professionally with school personnel and Concorde Education regarding attendance, scheduling, and program needs.
  • Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled sessions.
Qualifications

We are interested in candidates who bring relevant subject knowledge and experience working with young people.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • 60+ completed college credits or relevant professional experience appropriate to the assignment.
  • Experience teaching, coaching, tutoring, mentoring, instructing, or leading youth programs.
  • Experience working with children or adolescents in schools, camps, community programs, or similar settings.
  • Strong communication, leadership, organization, and classroom management skills.
  • Reliability and professionalism.
