The Wyndham Deerfield Beach Resort is looking for a passionate and professional Reservations Agent to join our team. The Reservations Agent will be responsible for responding to incoming calls, emails, and other inquiries from customers, providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask. The Reservations Agent must have a positive attitude and be able to handle challenging situations with tact and grace. Job Responsibilities
โ€ข Provide customer service to guests over the phone, in person, and via email โ€ข Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel's services, rates, and amenities โ€ข Answer customer questions regarding availability of rooms and rates โ€ข Enter customer information into the reservations system accurately and efficiently โ€ข Process payments and issue confirmation numbers โ€ข Resolve customer complaints and coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction โ€ข Monitor availability of rooms and take action to maximize occupancy โ€ข Update customer profiles and track reservations โ€ข Maintain records of guest preferences โ€ข Keep abreast of current promotions and packages being offered by the hotel โ€ข Assist guests with special requests and provide information related to local attractions and transportation.
