Overview

The Golf Tournament Catering Bartender supports food and beverage operations during the LIV Golf New Jersey tournament by providing exceptional customer service to guests in concessions, hospitality areas, suites, VIP clubs, and other event locations. This position helps ensure a positive guest experience while maintaining safety, professionalism, and efficiency in a fast-paced event environment.

This role pays an hourly rate of $20.50

This is a seasonal role from August 3, 2026 and will end on August 9, 2026.

This position will remain open until August 9, 2026.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to guests throughout the tournament.
  • Prepare, serve, or sell food and beverages in assigned work areas.
  • Accurately process cash and cashless transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked workstations throughout each shift.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines.
  • Assist with event setup, restocking, and breakdown of concession stands, hospitality areas, or premium spaces.
  • Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to ensure efficient operations.
  • Answer guest questions and provide directions or event information when needed.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by event management.
Qualifications
  • Previous customer service, hospitality, food service, or event experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor event environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
  • Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and tournament dates.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
  • Must meet any applicable state requirements for alcohol service, if assigned to bartending or alcohol sales.
