We're seeking motivated and dedicated sales professionals to help bring that same level of excellence to even more families throughout the San Diego area.About the Role
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll be the face of California Bathrooms, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and providing innovative bath remodeling solutions tailored to their needs and vision. This outside sales position utilizes advanced technology to design, present, and sell high-quality bath remodeling products.Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct professional in-home sales presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system.
  • Meet with pre-qualified leads provided by the company.
  • Participate in weekly sales training sessions to continuously develop your skills.
  • Utilize our user-friendly software to create customized bath designs and solutions.
  • Present pricing options, overcome objections, and close sales consistently.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
