Independent Contractor Hospitality professionals are individuals who provide hospitality services—such as catering, event staffing, housekeeping, or guest relations—on a contract basis rather than as full-time employees. They work with hotels, event organizers, restaurants, or private clients, offering their expertise for specific projects or events. This arrangement allows flexibility for both the contractor and the client, but independent contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and business expenses.

Exceptional interpersonal skills, adaptability, and self-motivation help independent contractors stand out in this dynamic environment.
