  • 4-year college degree is required 
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in social compliance auditing
  • APSCA Registered Auditor (RA) or Certified Social Compliance Auditor (CSCA) required
  • Registered by the Association for Professional Social Compliance Auditors (APSCA) passing all 3 parts of the APSCA exams
  • Lead Social Compliance Auditor training
  • Experience with CSR, SA 8000, SMETA or similar standards
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Excellent Customer Service and results oriented 
  • Highest level of personal and professional integrity and ethics
  • Strong business acumen
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
  • Access to a computer with MS Windows operating system and a personal mobile phone
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, reporting, and analysis tools
  • Must have a registered business LLC
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred but not required experience:

  • Be an approved auditor for GFSI schemes
  • Experience with food safety standards

Pay Range: $850 per day, along with compensation for report writing hours.

  • Conduct Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit inspections and audits 
  • Schedule designated inspections and audits
  • Develop effective work plans to complete assigned inspections and audits within a specified timeframe
  • Summarize and evaluate inspection and audit findings
  • Communicate findings and results of inspections and audits with client site management or appropriate client representatives
  • Ensure that the audit inspection results are reported on time in accordance with the scheme requirements, along with travel expenses
  • Maintain effective communication with key team members, including audit delivery, and client teams
  • Represent NSF with the designated clients
  • Perform other assignments as needed
