  • CRNA Needed
  • Schedule: Friday, Saturday 13.5 hours, Sunday 10hr.5 hour shifts .5 hour unpaid lunch
  • Must work the entire weekend schedule, will consider 11 out of the 12 weekends for each 12wk assignment. no exceptions
  • Call: No Call
  • Cases: 3-5/day
  • Cases: General Anesthesia, Neuro and Spine, Orthopedics, Oncology: ENT, GYN, Urology, No Blocks, No OB, No hearts
  • Practice Model: Medically Directed
  • Credentialing: 60 days
  • Staff: 11 CRNA on staff
  • OR's: 9 rooms 1 vascular
  • Ages: Mainly adults. Will see 14-15yrs for sports injury
