Location: Spartanburg, South Carolina

iTrust Wellness provides comprehensive outpatient behavioral health and psychiatric services to individuals and families across South Carolina. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Psychiatric Advanced Practice Provider to join our Spartanburg‑based team as an independent contractor with the option to transition to full-time W2.

This role is primarily an in-office position providing services in the Spartanburg, SC area to support high-quality, accessible patient care. Hybrid flexibility, including telehealth visits, may become available once an established caseload has been developed.

  • FNP – new or experienced, if new require specific psych experience as an RN.
  • PA-C – new or experienced, if new require specific psych experience during clinicals.
  • Active, or eligible to receive, unrestricted state licensure in South Carolina
  • Active, or eligible to receive, prescriptive authority in South Carolina
  • Active, or eligible to receive, DEA Controlled Substances licensure
  • Strong clinical judgment and confidence in developing evidence‑based treatment plans
  • Solid foundation in psychopharmacology with an interest in continued learning
  • Ability to practice independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team

Schedule & Work Setting

  • Monday–Friday
  • Primarily in office. Hybrid flexibility, including telehealth visits, may become available once an established caseload has been developed.
