The Operations Administrator position is an office-based position. This position requires a self-motivated, safety conscious individual who takes great pride in their work. You will have the opportunity to learn from a diverse team of engineering and construction professionals. You must have the ability for travel to various job sites when needed.
Accountabilities
  • Assist with audits of systems and process accordingly.
  • Maintain an Operations SharePoint site for filing and tracking.
  • Ensure contract and ticket files are current and up to date.
  • Planning and scheduling work activities, taking into account the availability of resources and deadlines.
  • Monitoring activities to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicating issues to management regarding any problems with equipment or processes that may affect productivity.
  • Assisting in the development of new methods to improve efficiency or reduce costs
  • Analyzing data to identify problems or trends that may require corrective action.
  • Conducting feasibility studies to determine whether new products or services are commercially viable.
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of business processes and projects.
  • Maintaining records of operational activities such as sales, inventory levels, staffing levels, and asset management.
  • Developing operational budgets based on projected sales volume or costs such as labor and material costs.
  • Coordinate daily office logistics, such as SAP, and review weekly.
  • Coordinate team on deployment tracking and hour per verification.
  • Review cost and track changes within construction organization.
  • Lead procurement within the construction department and work with field operations to issue WO's and Po's; follow SOP as needed.
  • First call completions and ground disturbance process implementation.
  • Field Administration and controls on a project-by-project basis.
  • Work directly with Vice President of Construction on project controls management.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a field-based industry (e.g., oil & gas, construction.)
  • Experience with ticketing or work order systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook).
  • An excellent communicator and team player, able to work within a multi-disciplinary team environment with a positive attitude.
  • Detail oriented, meticulous, and have strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
