Altus Consulting is seeking a talented Data Scientist to join our team and drive data-driven decision making for our clients. You will leverage your expertise in statistics, machine learning, and data analysis to extract insights from large datasets and solve complex business problems.Responsibilities:Collect, clean, and prepare data for analysis.Develop and implement machine learning models for various tasks (e.g., classification, prediction, recommendation).Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.Collaborate with engineers and other data professionals to build and deploy data-driven solutions.Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science techniques and technologies.Preferred Skills:Strong mathematical and statistical skills.Experience with machine learning algorithms and libraries (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
