We are seeking motivated, self-driven 1099 Independent Contractor In-Home Sales Representatives to join our growing team and help more homeowners bring their remodeling visions to life.About the Role
As an Independent Contractor In-Home Sales Representative, you will serve as the face of our company by meeting with pre-qualified homeowners, understanding their needs, and presenting customized bath remodeling solutions. This outside sales role provides the opportunity to manage your own schedule while earning unlimited commission potential based on your performance.
You will use advanced technology, including our iPad-based sales system and design tools, to create professional presentations and provide homeowners with solutions that fit their goals and budget.Your Responsibilities
  • Conduct professional in-home consultations with pre-qualified homeowners.
  • Use our proprietary iPad-based sales system to create customized bath designs and presentations.
  • Present product options, benefits, and pricing with confidence and professionalism.
  • Build strong relationships with homeowners and guide them through the purchasing process.
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow company sales processes.
  • Consistently work toward achieving personal sales goals.
