We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Carpet Installer to join our team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for installing carpeting in commercial buildings and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Commercial Carpet Installer Responsibilities & Duties



  • Measure and cut carpet to fit specific spaces
  • Prepare and clean surfaces for carpet installation
  • Install carpet and padding using adhesives and tools
  • Ensure a smooth and even installation with minimal visible seams
  • Collaborate with other trades and contractors to complete projects on time and within budget
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with the finished product
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace in a clean and organized manner

Commercial Carpet Installer Qualifications & Skills


  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices
  • Familiarity with flooring and surface preparation materials and techniques
  • 2+ years of experience in commercial carpet installation
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
