As an Auto Parts Delivery Driver, you play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the products, service, and support they need to keep their business running smoothly. You serve as a trusted representative of Ascentek by delivering products accurately, maintaining organized inventory displays, and building positive relationships with customers during every visit. This position combines customer service, product support, inventory management, and delivery responsibilities to help create exceptional customer experience. Success in this role requires strong communication, attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining our high standards of service and professionalism.

  • Deliver Mighty products to customer locations safely, accurately, and on time
  • Verify deliveries and complete customer check-in procedures as required
  • Maintain strip and tag labeling systems to ensure product accuracy and organization
  • Rotate inventory and maintain clean, organized product displays and shelving
  • Communicate customer inventory needs, product concerns, and service requests to sales representatives and office teammates
  • Assist with adding, removing, and organizing customer inventory based on sales team direction
  • Set and maintain minimum and maximum inventory levels as directed
  • Deliver Mighty Tech Tips and other product support materials to customers
  • Assist customers with Mighty online catalog setup and provide updates regarding TPMS tools
  • Collect customer payments when required and follow established cash-handling procedures
  • Maintain company vehicles, including monitoring service needs, cleanliness, and overall condition
  • Support warehouse operations by pulling orders, putting away stock, and completing urgent deliveries.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while representing the company in a professional manner
  • Follow all safety policies, driving regulations, and company procedures
  • Collaborate with teammates to support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

Education:

  • High School Diploma

Licenses/Certificates:

  • Valid Driver's License, with a clean driving record

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Display willingness to learn, maintain quality company image, and be detail oriented
  • Good decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Strong ability to communicate with multiple parties in a project to maintain flow
  • Understand and maintain an excellent customer service attitude and appearance
  • Be a self-starter, be able to plan and execute multi step/multi day assignments

Experience and/or Training:

  • Knowledge of auto parts

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of auto parts and/or automotive industry

Physical, Mental, Environmental Demands:

  • Requires significant hours driving a van or truck each day
  • Requires work in outdoor weather conditions, including rain, snow, wind, and hot or cold temperatures
  • Exposure to warehouse environments and loading areas
  • Presence of loud machinery at times

The anticipated hiring range for the role you are applying for is between $19 and $20 hourly. This anticipated hiring range is based on several factors, and subject to increase based on the below:
