We partner with property management companies, homeowners, and project teams to deliver reliable repair and maintenance services. Our goal is to build long-term relationships with skilled contractors who value professionalism, communication, and quality workmanship.

Position Overview

We are currently seeking experienced Appliance Repair Technicians to perform diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and installations on residential appliances. Most assignments are located within your local service area.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair residential appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, ranges, dishwashers, washers, dryers, and other household equipment
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
Perform repairs and installations according to manufacturer specifications
Communicate effectively with customers and the Superior team
Maintain accurate notes, photos, and updates through our online portal
Recommend maintenance solutions and necessary repairs when appropriate
Complete work orders professionally and efficiently

Requirements

Strong communication skills and professional attitude
Reliable and punctual work ethic
Must own a truck, van, or SUV suitable for transporting tools and equipment
Must have your own tools and be able to work independently
Experience repairing residential appliances
Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Comfortable using an online portal for work order management and updates
Ability to lift and move tools, equipment, and appliances as needed

Required Qualifications

General Liability Insurance required (COI must be provided)
Workers' Compensation preferred when applicable
W-9 with valid Tax ID required
Completion of onboarding and portal training required before receiving work orders
