**Urologist Opportunity**
**Location: Dyer, IN**
**Board Eligible/Board Certified Urologist**
•Practice Setting: Well-established urology practice with collaborative care model
What We Need:
•Strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction
•Exceptional interpersonal skills
•Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and staff to deliver high-quality care
What You Can Expect:
•Practice follows Ethical and Religious Directives in patient care
•Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., includes hospital rounding
•Weekday Call: 1:4, covering other physicians’ patients
•Weekend & Holiday Call: 1:4
•Robotic/Laparoscopic experience preferred
•Average outpatient volume: 20–25 patients/day
•Average inpatient volume: 5–10 patients/day

•Urinary incontinence
•Bladder cancer
