This role is ideal for a licensed agent who thrives on building long-term client relationships and closing leads. Your primary focus will be to acquire and convert property management clients (landlords) while also working with buyers, sellers, and tenants across our extensive client network. You'll plug into our powerful lead system, CRM, and coaching programs while also contributing to the continued growth of our property management division and brokerage.
This is a 1099 commission-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential!

What You'll Do
  • Build relationships and convert leads into buyers, sellers, investors, and tenants that may become future buyers
  • Onboard new property management clients and educate them on our services and platform.
  • Conduct tours, listing presentations, and open houses.
  • Lease vacant homes and ensure the property portfolio is rented to full capacity.
  • Run CMAs for rental and sale value of company-generated listings.
  • Attend, host, and participate in networking and community events to promote our services.
  • Execute marketing and business strategies focused on increasing revenue.
  • Log all sales and business development activities in the CRM.

  • Active Real Estate License
