These professionals work with companies to design travel experiences that reward employees or clients for achieving certain goals. Duties may include planning itineraries, coordinating logistics, negotiating with vendors, and managing budgets, all while working from home or another remote setting. This role often requires strong communication, project management skills, and a good understanding of the travel industry.
