SENIOR ACQUISITIONS PROGRAM ANALYST
INCATech is searching for a Senior Acquisitions Program Analyst to support a large, high-visibility, and politically significant FAA contract by ensuring accurate, timely, and disciplined management of contract data, actions, and communications. This role is central to maintaining transparency, continuity, and confidence across Government and contractor stakeholders. Given the sensitivity and visibility of the effort, the position requires exceptional judgment, discretion, and emotional intelligence in addition to strong technical capability.
LOCATION: MUST BE located in the Washington D.C. Metro area and have the ability to work onsite as requested.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage and maintain authoritative contract data points related to contract actions, modifications, deliverables, correspondence, and key milestones
  • Track and document contractual actions, Government communications, and execution status to support leadership visibility and audit readiness
  • Ensure accuracy of tracking information, consistency, and completeness across contract records, reports, and system-of-record tools
  • Support Program Management and Contract Leadership by organizing and synthesizing contract information for briefings, data calls, and senior-level inquiries
  • Apply disciplined data governance practices to ensure traceability, version control, and historical continuity across the contract lifecycle
  • Interface professionally with Government stakeholders, demonstrating tact, responsiveness, and sound judgment in high-pressure or sensitive situations
  • Proactively identify information/data gaps, inconsistencies, or emerging risks and elevate issues appropriately
  • Support surge requirements, executive requests, and time-sensitive actions without loss of quality or composure
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
Related Experience:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience supporting federal contracts, programs, or acquisition environments
  • Demonstrated experience managing, tracking, and reporting data related to federal contracts or large Government programs
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
  • High emotional intelligence, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and navigate complex interpersonal dynamics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Preferred:
  • Experience supporting FAA
  • Knowledge of federal contracting components and processes (e.g., contract actions, modifications, deliverables, correspondence tracking)
  • Familiarity with contract management systems, document repositories, or data tracking tools used in federal environments
  • Experience supporting politically sensitive or high-profile Government programs
