Your Role
As a Senior Product Manager for the AP Automation team, you will own the product strategy and roadmap for building an AI-first solution that automates invoice processing and approvals for billions in enterprise spend. You will define what world-class AP looks like at enterprise scale, ensuring that we continue to deliver a consumer-grade purchasing experience for business users while supporting increasingly complex process orchestration and functionality requirements for accounts payable users.
You Will
  • Own the AP automation strategy and roadmap, including exception automation, AP inbox management, invoice coding, and vendor collaboration
  • Reimagine the AP team's workflow with an AI-first lens, effectively leveraging the power of AI to solve customer pain points while maintaining controls and security
  • Be the voice of the AP persona within Zip
  • Synthesize user needs with the company strategy and your product vision to develop a compelling roadmap and detailed product specs
  • Manage end-to-end execution for core product features/capabilities
  • Ensure we meet high customer standards by designing robust feature rollout and quality processes in coordination with stakeholder teams
  • Collaborate deeply with engineering and design to define requirements, provide product direction, make tradeoffs, and deliver high-quality, enterprise-grade features

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of Product Management experience, preferably at a SaaS or consumer technology company
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence without authority, and drive alignment across engineering, design, operations, and customer-facing teams.
  • Bias to action, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
  • Extreme attention to detail and ability to quickly grasp complex business processes and industry knowledge
  • Ability to prioritize ruthlessly, even if it may disappoint customers or stakeholders
  • Ability to break down complex problems into structured components and deliver clear product recommendations

The salary range for this role is $205,000 - $240,000. The salary for this position is determined based on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant experience, education, or particular skills and expertise.
Perks & Benefits

  • Start-up equity
  • Full health, vision & dental coverage
  • Catered lunches & dinners for SF employees
  • Commuter benefit
  • Team building events & happy hours
  • Flexible PTO
  • Apple equipment plus home office budget
  • 401k plan
