Role: Commercial Loan Servicing Representative Location: San Antonio, TX (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Duration: 12-month contract (High Potential for Full-Time Conversion) JOB ID: 177987 Interview: One 30-minute Microsoft Teams interview. Job Summary Seeking a Commercial Loan Servicing Representative to support the Collateral Release & Intake Team during a system conversion from AFS to Loan IQ. The role involves loan documentation review, inbox management, remediation of converted loan files, report cleanup, and project support. Key Responsibilities Manage and organize the team Outlook inbox. Review and remediate converted commercial loan files. Clean up and maintain reports and documentation. Support collateral release and intake processes. Assist with ad-hoc projects related to system conversion. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all loan servicing activities. Required Skills 2+ years of Commercial Loan/Loan Servicing experience. Experience reviewing loan documentation (Promissory Notes, Collateral Documents, etc.). Strong Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP preferred). Experience with Microsoft Outlook inbox management. Project support, reporting, or remediation experience. Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail. Pay Range: $21 - $23 The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
