Admin Services Associate

Pay Rate: $27 Hours: 8:00-4:30 | M-F Location: 4200 Surface Rd, Columbus OH

Assignment Duration: 8 months Possible for extension? Yes

What You'll Do

As an Administrative Assistant for the State of Ohio Office of Properties & Facilities, you will be the "gears" that keep our department running. You'll handle everything from high-level data reporting to the essential day-to-day logistics of facility management.

  • Data Management: Keep our operations compliant by maintaining databases for elevator licenses, x-ray machine fees, and underground storage tanks.
  • Procurement: Manage the full lifecycle of goods and services, ensuring the team has the materials they need while maintaining perfect financial records.
  • Communication: Act as the voice of the OPF by managing the central inbox, providing timely responses to stakeholders, and coordinating customer feedback.
  • Logistics: Take the lead on scheduling conference rooms and managing mobile phone directories for the team.
  • Reporting: Translate raw data into clear reports, spreadsheets, and graphs for management review.

Software skills: Basic computer functions Microsoft Suite

Years of experience: at least 3+ years of experience in Admin, Executive assistant role. Education: at least HS
