EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE • Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills • Capacity to perform tasks quickly • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar capacity • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Experience using NetSuite strongly preferred but not required • Demonstrated experience using an ERP or ordering system is required • Understands and has working knowledge of accounts payable functions 60% Administrative duties 40% Warehouse duties Experience using forklift JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Issues purchase orders for warehouse/factory consumables, office/breakroom supplies, and general needs of the plant • Follows up with vendors for documents such as order confirmations, COAs, and digital packing lists/BOLs • Schedules transfers of raw material from 3PL • Liaises with Accounts Payable to ensure invoicing and receipt are accurate and resolves discrepancies with minimal impact to the business • Works with vendors, QA, and accounting for returns and credit • Interacts with Inventory Control Team and Receiving to assess the needs of the plant • Utilizes NetSuite to adjust POs and receipts and also produce schedules and reports • Perform other duties as assignedManually Update from Full JD from Client/Tool*If Applicable:
