Order Fulfillment Associate

Hartland, WI | Full-Time

The Opportunity Are you a dependable and detail-oriented individual looking for a stable, Monday-through-Friday role? We are seeking an Order Fulfillment Associate to join our fast-paced warehouse and distribution team in Hartland, WI. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operationsโ€”ensuring that inventory is accurate and our customers receive their orders securely and on time.

What You Will Do

  • Order Processing: Accurately pull products from inventory based on order requirements and pack them securely for shipment.

  • Inbound & Outbound: Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage. Label, stage, and load outgoing shipments.

  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records, assist with regular inventory counts, report discrepancies, and handle stock replenishment.

  • Warehouse Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe while operating basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, carts, etc.).

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily shipping deadlines and follow all safety protocols.

What You Need (Qualifications)

  • Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and comfortably stand or walk for extended periods.

  • Work Ethic: Reliable attendance, punctuality, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience: Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or fulfillment experience is preferred but not required. Basic computer skills are a plus.

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
