Lead the Operation Behind Critical Infrastructure

At Simple Mining, our warehouse is more than shelves and shipping—it is the control center for millions of dollars of mining equipment moving between customers, repair operations, hosting facilities, and deployment projects.

We're looking for a Warehouse Manager who thrives on organization, accountability, process improvement, and operational leadership.

This role is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, shipping, fulfillment, warehouse organization, asset security, and team leadership. You'll own inventory accuracy, drive warehouse performance, develop processes, and ensure equipment moves safely and efficiently throughout the organization.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll spend time both managing warehouse operations and working alongside your team to ensure work is completed accurately, safely, and on schedule.

What You'll Be Responsible ForReceiving & Inbound Logistics
  • Oversee inbound shipments of ASIC miners, parts, and related equipment.

  • Verify quantities, models, serial numbers, and equipment condition against purchase orders and shipping documentation.

  • Investigate and resolve receiving discrepancies, shortages, damages, and documentation issues.

  • Ensure all serialized inventory is accurately recorded and traceable upon receipt.

  • Coordinate receiving schedules with vendors, freight carriers, procurement teams, and internal stakeholders.

Inventory Management & Control
  • Own warehouse inventory accuracy and accountability.

  • Maintain accurate, real-time inventory records for serialized hardware, parts, consumables, and company assets.

  • Develop and manage cycle count programs and physical inventory audits.

  • Investigate inventory variances and implement corrective actions.

  • Organize storage locations to maximize efficiency, accessibility, and inventory integrity.

  • Establish inventory controls for new, allocated, deployed, repaired, returned, and quarantined equipment.

  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to internal teams.

Shipping & Fulfillment
  • Coordinate and oversee outbound shipments to customers, hosting facilities, repair operations, and company locations.

  • Ensure orders are picked, packed, documented, and shipped accurately and on schedule.

  • Verify serial number tracking and shipment documentation for all outbound inventory.

  • Coordinate freight, parcel, and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.

  • Ensure proper packaging and handling of sensitive electronic equipment.

Asset Security & Inventory Protection
  • Maintain chain-of-custody controls for all serialized mining equipment.

  • Ensure all inventory movements are documented, traceable, and accurate.

  • Enforce warehouse security procedures and inventory protection measures.

Warehouse Operations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.

Leadership & Team Development

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of warehouse, logistics, distribution, inventory management, or supply chain experience.

  • Minimum 1 year of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience.

  • Experience utilizing inventory management, warehouse management, ERP, or similar systems.

  • Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
