Job Description
Inbound Duties
• Process returned merchandise and complete inspections of returned products.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory management and accuracy.
• Receive and organize incoming shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners and warehouse systems.
Outbound Duties
• Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Label, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Verify order accuracy prior to shipping.
• Assist with maintaining organized shipping and staging areas.
General Warehouse Duties
• Unload FedEx trailers approximately twice per week.
• Operate handheld RF scanners to track inventory and order movement.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist in other warehouse functions as needed.
Requirements
• Previous warehouse, logistics, inventory, shipping/receiving, or order fulfillment experience preferred.
• Experience using handheld RF scanners is a plus.
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Physical Requirements
• Continuous standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
