Responsibilitiesย
Manage inbound customer communications: Answer incoming calls and emails to address customer questions, requests, and issuesย
Using a company-prepared script, answer our customersโ questions and guide them to the best service-solution for their homeย
Consult on customer success: Advise customers on leveraging products/services based on their unique needsย
Maintain working product knowledge: Ensure information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date, and strategicย
Track interactions in CRM: Record customer interactions in the internal system for cross-functional awareness and relationship developmentย
Perform outbound calls to customers and perform upselling responsibilities when necessaryย
Conduct service-related, follow-up calls to check in on past customers and assess their current needsย
What We Are Looking Forย
High School Diploma/GED is requiredย
Must pass a background check and drug screeningย ย
High level of customer serviceย
Telephone Etiquetteย
HVAC experience a plus, but not requiredย
Go-getter mentality and ambitiousย
High attention to detail and good organization skillsย
Good computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Officeย
Positive attitude and winner mentalityย
1-2 years proven experience in supporting client successย
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsย
Excellent interpersonal communication skills on a professional and technical levelย
Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitudeย
Passion for delighting customers with above-and-beyond serviceย
Excellent time-management and prioritization skillsย
Able to work both independently and as part of a teamย
Bilingual a plus, but not requiredย
