We handle inbound calls only; no sales or outbound calling required. No experience needed as we provide fully paid, hands-on training.Our call center serves both English and Spanish speaking callers, so interactions may take place in either English or Spanish. Translation or interpretation between the two may be required depending on the caller's needs. We are an inbound call center only. We do not perform any outbound telemarketing or hard sales calls.What You'll Do:Handle incoming calls with a warm, helpful attitude.Take accurate messages, transfer calls, and/or relay key information.Use our call processing system to prioritize customer needs efficiently.What We're Looking For:Friendly, upbeat, and professional communication skills.Strong English and Spanish spelling and grammar.Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.Pay: $18.50 / Hour with Perfect Attendance Perfect Attendance is considered being on time for the start of your shift, leaving and coming back on time from any breaks during your shift, and fully completing your assigned shift.
