Job description

Position: Warehouse Associate – Forklift Driver
Location: Spanaway, WA 98387
Shift: 1st Shift – 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM (Sunday, Monday, Friday, Saturday)
 
Responsibilities
  • Receive and ship inbound/outbound freight to ensure accurate inventory management.

  • Replenish goods to self-serve areas and sales floor as required.

  • Select goods for customers quickly, securely, and accurately to meet delivery and multichannel service standards.

  • Use technology and warehouse systems to manage inventory while adhering to company policies and procedures.

  • Operate powered material handling equipment including forklifts, powered pallet jacks, and related machinery.

  • Operate cardboard baler (load cardboard, press button to compress).

  • Ensure strict compliance with all safety and security standards.


Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or similar roles.

  • Certified or able to obtain certification for powered mobile equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.).

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Ability to lift, move, and handle goods safely in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
